Sancocho

First attempt at Panamánian cooking. This is a traditional soup called Sancocho made by boiling a whole chicken with a local starchy root vegetable called ñame. Both are boiled with oregano and coriander but both of the slightly different Panamánian variety.  Throw in some salt and call it good.
